Blackpink Jennie's See-Through Look Hides Bold Twist for PFW

Jennie Kim, the undisputed "Human Chanel," once again brought Paris to a standstill at the Chanel Fall/Winter 2026 show. Known for her ability to mix classic elegance with modern trends, theBlackpinkstar opted for a daring, sheer ensemble that pushed the boundaries of the heritage brand.

Blackpink Jennie stuns in see-through look for Paris Fashion Week appearance

The core of Jennie's look was a stunning, two-piece matching set made of open-knit mesh. Both the cropped cardigan and the skirt featured a complex lattice pattern adorned with shimmering dark green beads.

The see-through fabric was a major fashion statement, leaning into the popular "transparency" trend seen across global runways. However, the "bold twist" was how she styled it. Jennie wore the sheer set over a simple black bralette and high-waisted briefs. In a rebellious move, she slouched her skirt low to reveal the waistline of her undergarments, giving the high-fashion look a cool, Y2K-inspired edge.

To add a layer of sophistication, Jennie draped a burgundy croc-effect leather coat over her shoulders. The heavy, glossy texture of the patent leather provided a sharp contrast to the delicate, airy beads of her dress. She matched her outerwear with a small, glossy burgundy Chanel bag, adding a "pop of red" that anchored the entire outfit.

The fabric looked soft and airy, giving the look a bold touch while still keeping it elegant. Tiny floral embellishments and delicate embroidery added dimension and texture. The subtle detailing scattered across the top created a romantic effect with small blossoms sewn directly into the fabric. Bucks' Taurean Prince returns to action after rapid recovery from neck surgery

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Bucks forward Taurean Prince always believed he'd make it back this season after undergoing neck surgery in November.

His coach wasn't so sure.

"It's cool because honestly, I didn't think he would play this year," Bucks coach Doc Rivers said Tuesday as Prince returned to action for the first time since Nov. 4 in a129-114 loss to the Phoenix Suns. "The fact that he's worked the way he's worked to get back on the floor, it's all about him and who he is."

Prince underwent surgery in November to repair a herniated disc in his neck. Prince said he didn't know of anyone who had undergone this type of surgery and returned to play that same season.

That made him all the more intent on accomplishing the feat, even as he was told his rehabilitation would have to go flawlessly for that to be possible.

"I just always told myself that it would be this season," Prince said. "I never thought it wouldn't."

He made that possibility a reality by using the same tenacious approach that has enabled the 31-year-old to build a 10-year NBA career. After making 73 starts for the Bucks in 2024-25, he had played eight games off the bench this season before his injury.

Prince noted he has now undergone three surgeries over the last five years, which helped him in this latest comeback because it gave him some idea of what to expect. He also stayed close to the team even when he wasn't playing, as he helped out any way he could.

"When he got injured, we grabbed him and told him, 'Welcome to the coaching staff,' because that's basically what he was going to be this year," Rivers said. "And early on, it did look like that. He was in a brace, couldn't really do anything. Then as his neck started healing, hope came."

Prince praised his wife and children for helping him through this recovery. He also credited the Bucks for always making him feel a part of the team, even when he couldn't play.

"My jersey was still hung up every game, little things like that," Prince said. "I was always able to assert myself, still speak my mind in film sessions. I never felt like I was on the outside looking in, which helped a lot."

Prince also commanded the respect of his teammates.

Center Myles Turner noted that Prince stayed upbeat throughout his recovery. He noted how Prince always was encouraging teammates and typically was among the first people to arrive every day.

"He's been the epitome of what it means to be a professional," Turner said.

Prince still has to shake off plenty of rust as he works his way back. Prince played 18 minutes Tuesday and pulled down three rebounds, but he missed all four of his shots and went scoreless.

"I was mad about not seeing a 3 go down," Prince said. "Taking life day by day, it is what it is. I can't worry about that starting tomorrow. Get to work, and I'll get one to go down (Thursday) in Miami."

  • In Love Story, the 38-year-old actress plays a younger version of the 65-year-old star who dated the late John F. Kennedy Jr. before his marriage to Carolyn Bessette Kennedy

  • "I didn't want to make her feel awkward if that were something that she didn't want to do or something," Hemingway said of the letter

Dree Hemingwayis making her appreciation forDaryl Hannahclear.

In an interview withNylonpublished on March 4, the 38-year-old actress, who portrays a younger version of Hannah, 65, inRyan Murphy'sLove Story, said she reached out to the actress and activist through a letter.

"It was really just a love note to her saying how much I admired her, how much I've admired her as an actress and a woman, prior to even being cast as Daryl. How much I really just fell in love with her as a human being," Hemingway explained, referring to a conversation she previously had withThe Hollywood Reporter.

For the FX series, Hemingway plays a dramatized role of theSplashactress during her relationship with the lateJohn F. Kennedy Jr.,before and during his whirlwind romance with wifeCarolyn Bessette.

"I watched interviews and that feeling of really spending time with somebody you've never spent time with, but researching," she continued. "That was really the note, and just not like, 'Hey, I want to meet you or talk to you.' Just, like, 'It was really an honor of my lifetime to be able to portray you and research you.' "

While Hemingway toldNylonshe would have loved to speak directly to Hannah, her "nerves" likely would have gotten the best of her.

"I also didn't want to intrude in any way. I didn't want to make her feel awkward if that were something that she didn't want to do or something," she said.

At the time the interview was published, Hannah reportedly had not responded to Hemingway, which the actress said she's okay with as she just wanted to show her admiration for the person she saw as "a person, a philanthropist."

"I also think [she needs] her own time. The show's just come out; I'm sure there's a lot to digest there and stuff like that," Hemingway said. "What I really want to emphasize is that this is a dramatization. We are not exactly portraying her or how something went down. There's a fiction involved in all of this. With any person that you loved and you were dating, I'm sure it's a hard thing. So, I think that it's nice to respect that and her."

Just two days after Hemingway's interview withNylonwas published, Hannah shared her feelings about her portrayal in the "tragedy-exploiting television series" in an op-ed with theThe New York Times.

"The choice to portray her as irritating, self-absorbed, whiny and inappropriate was no accident," she wrote, linking out to an interview with one of itsproducersabout why she was not consulted regarding the show.

"The character 'Daryl Hannah' portrayed in the series is not even a remotely accurate representation of my life, my conduct or my relationship with John," she continued, denying the use of cocaine, pressuring Kennedy into marriage, and desecrating family heirlooms, as portrayed in the series.

A rep for Hannah did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

"But I think that it's important that we acknowledge that, yes, this is an art form that's not 'popular' and a part of pop culture as movies are," Copeland continued. "But that doesn't mean it doesn't have enduring relevance in culture."

The famed ballerina said that it's "often mistaken when something is popular that it's meaningful or more impactful," but clarified, "There's a reason that the opera and ballet have been around for over 400 years."

Copeland — who made history in 2015 as thefirst Black woman promoted to principal dancerat the American Ballet Theatre — cited "access and opportunity" as factors that can change a person's life, which is what she's set out to do for her Misty Copeland Foundation.

"That's the work that I've been doing my whole career is to bring more people into it," she explained. "So that people do understand the importance and the relevance of it in our communities and our culture, and you see it reflected everywhere."

"I mean, he wouldn't be an actor and have the opportunities he has as a movie star if it weren't for opera and ballet in their relevance in that medium," Copeland said of Chalamet, concluding, "So all of these mediums have a space and we shouldn't be comparing them."

Copeland took her final bow with American Ballet Theatre in October 2025, marking an end to her 25-year career with the company.

The prima ballerina's comments come after Chalamet made the controversial remarks during his conversation with McConaughey in front of an audience at the University of Texas at Austin on Feb. 24.

Sure enough, some opera and ballet performers responded negatively to Chalamet's comments in the nine days since the discussion aired.

Isabelle Leonard, a Grammy award-winning opera singer, wrote in a comment on the video that she felt "shocked that someone so seemingly successful can be so ineloquent and narrow-minded in his views about art while considering himself as artist as I would only imagine one would as an actor."

  • The protesters held bright yellow signs referencing ex-Prince Andrew's connection to the late Jeffrey Epstein, among other anti-monarchy messages

  • A palace insider tells PEOPLE that Andrew's recent arrest is "much more serious" than past events that have rocked the monarchy

Kate Middleton,Prince William,King Charlesand other members of the royal family faced protesters at theirlargest public gatheringsince the formerPrince Andrew's arrest.

On Monday, March 9, the royals attended the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey in London, where they were met with protesters from the anti-monarchy group Republic.

"What did you know?" spelled out a row of bright yellow posters held by the protesters, seemingly referencing Andrew's connection to the late Jeffrey Epstein. Other signs held by the protesters included anti-monarchy messages and more references to the ex-Prince Andrew.

The Commonwealth Day service wasthe royal family's largest gatheringsince Andrew, 66,was arrested on Feb. 19on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Andrew's arrest in February — the first of a royal since 1649, when King Charles I was beheaded for high treason —  sent shock waves through the House of Windsor and raised questions about accountability and privilege.

"If it comes out that people knew stuff — whether it be members of the family or police or staffers — then heads must roll," Robert Jobson, author ofThe Windsor Legacy, tells PEOPLE.

A palace insider adds: "Other events have rocked the monarchy, but something from within — where someone is being arrested — is very different. This is much more serious."

The former Duke of York, now calledAndrew Mountbatten-Windsor, awoke alone at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate on Feb. 19, where police officers arrived at his door.

Shortly after 8 a.m., authorities arrested King Charles' brother on suspicion of misconduct in public office, linked to convicted sex offender Epstein, and drove him away in an unmarked car.

As news broke within the hour and images of police at Sandringham ricocheted around the world, Andrew's family — led by the King — waslearning of the arrest in real time.

"This is the place where the Queen spent her last birthday in April 2022," Jobson tells PEOPLE about the poignant place. "Four years later, it's been raided by the police. It beggars belief."

Andrew was taken to Aylsham police station in Norfolk, where he was read his rights and held for 11 hours before being released under investigation. Camerascaptured him slumped in the back of an SUVas he left the station. "It is the ultimate humiliation," a palace insider says.

The detainment came nearly four months after Andrew wasstripped of his princely titleandordered to leave his longtime Royal Lodge homeover his Epstein links in October 2025.

King Charles, 77,spoke out about the arrest in a brief statement: "I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office… Let me state clearly: The law must take its course."

According to Ailsa Anderson, former press secretary toQueen Elizabeth, the wording was deliberate.

"It was a way of distancing himself," she says.

As Andrew's arrest reverberated beyond palace walls, attention turned to those closest to him. His ex-wife,Sarah Ferguson, who had lived with him at Royal Lodge and has not been seen in public since before Christmas, traveled abroad. The former Duchess of York faces renewed scrutiny over her past dealings with Epstein and whether she may be questioned in Andrew's case.

Meanwhile, their younger daughter,Princess Eugenie, had been skiing with her husband and sons in Switzerland, while their elder daughter,Princess Beatrice, kept a low profile. Both sisters were reported to be "in a state" after their father's arrest and madequiet public appearancesin the weeks since.

"Their focus is on protecting their own children from this," a source says.

Released under investigation and without bail conditions, the lateQueen Elizabeth's second son faces an uncertain legal road. Andrew could remain in legal limbo for weeks or even months as police examine documents — released by the U.S. Department of Justice amid heightened scrutiny of those in Epstein's orbit — that allegedly show that he shared information with Epstein secured during his work as the U.K.'s trade envoy.

Prosecutors, ultimately, will decide whether charges are brought. If he is convicted, misconduct in public office carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. The government is alsoreportedly considering legislation that would remove Andrew from the line of succession, where he currently stands eighth, behind Prince William and his children, andPrince Harryand his children.

As the investigation continues, focus is shifting inward.

"When these things went on, he was Prince Andrew, Duke of York — right at the heart of the royal family," says Jobson. "The problem will be who knew what, when they knew it and why nothing was done."

Not only are thecountry musicstar, 32, and his beautiful bride, 33, proud parents to three children, daughtersKingsley RoseandKodi Jane, and sonKrewe Allen, they also are collaborators, having soared to the No. 1 spot onBillboard's Country Airplay chart with their massive duet "Thank God."

Now, the pair, who tied the knot seven years ago, onOctober12, 2018, can add "acting together" to their resume — well, sort of.

In a hilarious new video, jointly shared to their respective Instagram pages on Monday, March 9, as part of a social media trend where husbands and wives swap roles, Brown and his wife can be seen doing just that.

They Went All Out With the Costumes

The light-hearted clip, which features the caption, "Things women have to deal with every day," begins with Katelyn dressed to look like Brown on a casual day. She is shown wearing an oversized sweatshirt, a backward ball cap, gym shorts, and sneakers. She jokingly, yet aggressively takes out the trash before her famous husband shows off his outfit that's meant to depict his wife.

The "Good as You" singer dons a cherry-adorned, pink bathrobe and a headband designed to look like bear ears. He pretends to act as Katelyn, getting frustrated over the missing garbage bag in the trash bin after trying to throw away a banana peel. The pair continues the hilarious role-play with Katelyn stepping her husband's way to throw dirty dishes in the sink as he appears to be washing them.

Fans, Friends, and Followers Chimed In

Channeling each other's energy and personality in a clip even further, Katelyn lazily uses the toilet before the Georgia-born superstar notices a wet seat in the aftermath. From shoes thrown on the floor to needing help with the kids, Brown's laugh-worthy clip, meant to promote his upcoming single, has drawn plenty of reactions from both friends, followers, and fans.

Some folks pointed out how "accurate" the clip was, connecting it to their own relationships, while others begged for the couple to come out with a regular comedic series together.

"Accurate," one person wrote, while another follower added, "I feel this to my core."

"Let's make this a series," a third person added.

Brown's clip was fitting for the time as the post followed International Women's Day, which took place on March 8.

"Happy national women's month!" Brown wrote.

"Shout out to all the amazing women that have to put up with our BS," he added before promoting his upcoming song "Woman," due outFriday, March 13.

Liza Minnelli, 79, and late mother Judy Garland 'talk to each other every day'

When you're readingLiza Minnelli'smemoir, picture the star lounging on her lipstick-red couch, talking to you like a friend.

USA TODAY

"Kids, Wait Till You Hear This One!"(out now from Grand Central Publishing) reads like a conversation with a close pal because it is one. Longtime friend Michael Feinstein started recording her telling her life story in her living room in 2014. In just over 400 pages, Minnelli opens up about her childhood with motherJudy Garland, her career-making role in"Cabaret"and her journey to sobriety.

While Minnelli, 79, pens darker moments of grief and addiction, her memoir is an overall romp through a life in showbiz, complete with plenty of witty zingers. Readers will delight in the "who's who" of Hollywood as Minnelli describes wild parties, torrid affairs and theater magic.

Liza Minnelli, Michael Feinstein and host Jonathan Bennett perform onstage during the 2026 GLAAD Media Awards.

Liza Minnelli details complicated relationship with mother Judy Garland

From a young age, Minnelli details a thorny relationship with Garland, who abused drugs and alcohol for most of her adult life. Minnelli writes that Garland would remain in bed for days, depressed and heavily drugged. She also "began confiding her fears, resentments and anger" to Minnelli when she was just 5 years old. While Garland and her husband at the time, Sid Luft, burst into "vicious arguments," Minnelli escaped to the refuge of her father, Vincente Minnelli.

Minnelli recalls several times Garland attempted suicide, including once when she was struggling with postpartum depression and drug abuse. Minnelli felt "responsible" for getting more prescription pills for her mother, but would often swap out pills for Aspirin so Garland wouldn't overdose. The family was also "flat broke" at this time, and snuck out of hotels before check out so they didn't have to pay the bill.

"At 13, I was my mother's caretaker – a nurse, doctor, pharmacologist, and psychiatrist rolled into one," she writes.

As she got older, Garland's "violent mood swings" got worse. She'd sometimes lock Minnelli's younger half-siblings out of the apartment, and Minnelli would take the children in in the middle of the night.

On several instances, Minnelli writes that Garland attempted to thwart her career, using Minnelli's boyfriends and the press as bargaining chips to get her to ditch off-Broadway gigs and be with her mother instead. When they performed together, Minnelli writes of palpable "creative tension."

"None of this would have been apparent to anyone in the audience. They saw affection and love. … Behind the scenes, Mama was proud, confused, and scared. She was holding the torch in front of me but had no intention of passing it," Minnelli writes.

Minnelli was 23 when her mother died from an accidental overdose at age 47. Despite their complicated relationship, Minnelli writes lovingly about her mother's legacy and their later memories together.

"My beautiful mother is still here with me. She always will be. Through the good times and bad. We talk to each other every day. And we laugh like hell," Minnelli writes.

Minnelli spills on Hollywood love affairs

Minnelli spares no detail about her four ex-husbands and Hollywood lovers, many of whom she remained on good terms with after they split. Minnelli was first married to Peter Allen, an Australian singer who later came out as gay (Minnelli walked in on him having sex with a man).

She writes about a "sexual energy" with choreographer and "Cabaret" director Bob Fosse and a disastrous affair withMartin Scorsesewhile filming "New York, New York" in the '70s. She takes readers through whirlwind romances with Broadway actor Ben Vereen and Desi Arnaz Jr., comedian Peter Sellers and ex-husbands Jack Haley Jr. and Mark Gero.

"If this is confusing to you, how the hell do you think I felt?" Minnelli writes. "I was married to a gay man at the same time I was engaged to two other men!"

"Kids, Wait Till You Hear This!" by Liza Minnelli

She also shares regrets about her final short-lived marriage to film producer David Gest, who she says she married in 2002 when she was "very lonely" despite feeling "no physical attraction to him." Minnelli writes that Gest, who died in 2016, duped her into thinking he could make her career "hotter than ever." He controlled who she hung out with and spoke to, wouldn't let her have her own phone and spent her money extravagantly. They separated after 16 months but officially divorced four years later.

This marriage left her feeling "disgusted" and "humiliated" and vowing to never marry again, Minnelli writes.

Liza Minnelli felt 'sabotaged' byLady Gagaand Oscars producers

If you've learned anything about "Kids" so far, it's that Minnelli is not afraid to name names – dead or alive.

In the very last chapter of her memoir, shecritiques Lady Gaga, who wheeled her onstage at the 2022 Oscars to present the best picture award. Minnelli expected to sit in her usual director's chair to give her back some relief. But just before she went onstage, Minnelli was informed she would only be allowed onstage if she used a wheelchair.

Minnelli uses a wheelchair for "going any distance, but never for performing," she writes. She found it insulting and fought back, but Lady Gaga agreed with the producers that she would not go with her unless Minnelli was in a wheelchair.

"Then, incredibly, she asked if I wouldn't be better off going home. 'Why?' was my incredulous answer. At one point, she quizzed me, to see if my memory was intact," Minnelli says.

Lady Gaga and Liza Minnelli announce the best picture award onstage during the 94th Oscars in 2022.

Minnelli writes that she went onstage because it would be better than the speculation around if she left, but that she felt "sabotaged" and "so hurt by this young woman I had mentored and whose talents I admired and publicly acknowledged for many years."

When she stumbled over her words onstage, Gaga held her hand and leaned over her. Minnelli writes the "seemingly gentle gesture" garnered praise from the audience but made her feel humiliated because it was Gaga who made her rattled in the first place.

"Stefani Germanotta, who created the fantasy of Lady Gaga, became someone I didn't know on Oscar night," Minnelli says.

USA TODAY has reached out to Gaga and the Academy for comment.

Liza Minnelli opens up about keeping addiction 'at bay'

Minnelli writes extensively about hersubstance use disorder, which she calls "a final gift, a genetic inheritance from Mama I could not escape." Her drug use started following Garland's death, when a doctor prescribed her Valium to get through the "stress and tension" of the funeral.

"I'd had a front seat to Mama's demons. But I was convinced I was different," Minnelli writes. She continues, "As I learned, luck and brains have nothing to do with handling addiction. You're dealing with chemicals that are baffling, cunning, and powerful. Keep it up, keep denying it, and you'll become dependent on them sooner than you think. You'll fool yourself for years, even decades."

Demi Lovato, Liza Minnelli make surprise appearances at the 2026 GLAAD Awards

It's time to strut a pose on the 2026 GLAAD Media Awards red carpet.

U.S. Olympic gold medalist figure skater Amber Glenn will also make a special appearance and Demi Lovato is set to perform.Scroll through for some of the best looks and appearances from the red carpet and the night, including Lovato taking the stage.

Minnelli writes that she continued using even while she was telling the public about her sobriety and recovery. In 2003, she writes that she collapsed, drunk, on the sidewalk in New York City and laid "almost comatose" for "God knows how long" while passersby stepped over and around her body.

Eventually, Minnelli got a severe case of encephalitis triggered by drug abuse. After a relapse of the brain swelling and worsening seizures, Minnelli writes that she had an epiphany that she needed to stop. In March 2015, she checked herself into rehab and started working with a new doctor who would no longer let her self-prescribe medication.

Minnelli is now 11 years sober, she writes.

"I haven't 'beaten' addiction. Nobody does if it's in the blood. It can flare up without warning if you're not vigilant," Minnelli writes. "But for the first time, I've fought it to a draw. I'm keeping it at bay. That's the truth. That's the difference. One day at a time. And baby, there's no going back."
